REALlPhysical is a condensed version of YourMD and is for individuals who are relatively healthy and generally see their doctor only once or twice a year. In this program, your personal doctor will perform an annual comprehensive physical exam and screening, and provide you with a follow-up appointment to review the results and make recommendations. This office visit typically takes about two hours, which provides ample time to address your health concerns.

Cost:
Annual Retainer Fee is $1,100.00 and is due at the time of your physical. Patient has the option to upgrade to YourMD or purchase at $200 per additional visit.
